From looking at this particular bullet(the bullet itself, not the round of ammunition), that bullet is going to over-expand beyond what most normal hollow-points do. That bullet will leave a hole in you about 6 times the size of the actual bullet when it hits you, if it expands correctly, it might have some feeding issues because the exterior of the bullet isn't totally round as normal hollow-points, but in a weapon that can chamber hollow-points it shouldn't be a problem.. damn, those rounds even look scary though!
